YOGA CLASS STYLES
Vinyasa style yoga flow. This class integrates strength, flexibility, concentration, and contemplation through a series of traditional postures linked together by breath and movement. Suitable for students with some experience practicing postural yoga. Modifications are offered to help deepen the practice, to find your boundaries and then back off into a steady and comfortable position.
Sweat. + Strength + Stretch
A slower paced class suitable for learning basic yoga postures, simple breath techniques, and mindfulness. Modifications can deepen the practice when applicable and are adapted to individuals. Attention is given to finding alignment from within, teaching students to listen to their bodies as well as the teacher. Suitable for students who are newer to the yoga practice and more experienced students who want to solidify the foundations of their practice.
Ground + Balance + Breathe
CBD YOGA CLASSES
All CBD infused yoga classes include samples of locally sourced CBD products including tinctures, topical, and edibles.
CBD FLOW + RESTORE
A combination of dynamic movement and deeply relaxing "propped - up" postures. Through vinyasa flow students rinse out the energetic plaque that gets built up in daily life making it easier to settle down and go deep into the restorative postures. Restorative yoga allows the body to remain in a position for a long-ish period of time without strain. These longer resting poses help to restore the body's natural sense of alignment and lead to a deeper state of relaxation.
Movement + Stillness
Full on restorative yoga with CBD strains. Like melting into a warm honey pot. Class includes CBD samples of chocolate, tinctures, salves or tea and relaxing into simple movements and restorative postures. Pranayama (breath-work), guided meditation, singing bowls or essential oils lull the mind, body and spirit. Blissful. Peace.
